Enter-to-Win Terms and Conditions

PRIZE: One (1) BHG Gift Card valued at $2,000.00.

Contest will take place quarterly as follows:

• Q1: January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026
• Q2: April 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
• Q3: July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
• Q4: October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026  

HOW TO ENTER: During the quarterly entry period, guests may enter by scanning the QR code provided on their check or at their table and completing the survey form with all required information. To enter without making a purchase and receive one (1) entry, hand print your name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “The BHG Quarterly Enter-to-Win Sweepstakes” on a plain 3″x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to: The BHG Quarterly Enter-to-Win Sweepstakes, 866 Malabu Drive, Suite 250, Lexington, KY 40502. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry must be mailed separately and be received by the end of each quarter.  No photocopied, computer-generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. 

SPONSOR: Bluegrass Hospitality Group (“BHG”).

• Each entry period (an “Entry Period”) begins at 12:00 AM local time on the first day and ends at 11:59 PM local time on the last day of the quarter. Drawings will occur within a reasonable time following the close of each Entry Period from among all eligible entries received and subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
• No purchase, payment or participation of any consideration is necessary to enter contest.
• The winner must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
• The winner will be responsible for any taxes associated with the prizes. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by BHG. BHG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• If specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, BHG in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like it equal value.
• Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If winner does not respond to the notification within (5) business days, another winner will be chosen. Failure to respond within the time frame listed above shall mean that the provisional winner forfeits the prize(s).
• Contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
• BHG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
• BHG reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
• Acceptance of the prize constitutes an agreement to hold BHG, any of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees and agents absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the contest or use or redemption of any prize.
• Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for BHG to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation.
• BHG makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize and disclaims any implied warranty.
• BHG and any of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees or agents are not responsible for late, or incomplete or misdirected entries, or for incorrect or inaccurate information received, whether caused by the website, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion.
• By participating in the contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the contest rules.
• The contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these contest rules shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
