BHG Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

*By participating in this raffle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Each raffle ticket purchases the following: the chance to win two tickets to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Miami, date of choice (October 18 or 19); domestic round-trip airfare for two to Miami; two-night hotel stay and $500.00 Visa Gift Card.
• Each raffle ticket costs $100.00. Multiple raffle ticket purchases are allowed. Each entrant must be 18 years of age or older. Only one (1) name can be listed on each entry as an identifiable winner. There is no cash value. There are no refunds. The show tickets, airline and hotel accommodations will be selected and arranged solely by Bluegrass Hospitality Group, Inc. (BHG). The cost of raffle tickets is not tax-deductible. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The raffle dates are September 1 – 30, 2024.
• Raffle ticket number(s) will be assigned upon purchase of ticket(s). A separate email confirmation will be sent with verification of your raffle ticket number(s).
• One (1) winner will be drawn on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 3 p.m. EST via live drawing at Malone's Prime Events & Receptions, 3373 Tates Creek Rd., Lexington, KY. The winner does not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified via a valid phone number and email provided with purchase of ticket. To claim the prize, the winner must show their personal identification matching the name on the winning raffle ticket. It is preferred that the winner respond to the notification on or before Friday, October 4 at 5 P.M. EST. Failure to respond within the time limit listed above may mean that the provisional winner forfeits the prize(s). In the event the concert is cancelled, a $5,000 cash prize will be given in its place. All sales are final.
• Tickets are not to be transferred or resold under any circumstance. Doing so will invalidate all tickets and an alternative winning ticket will be drawn.
• By participating in this raffle, each participant releases BHG, The University of Kentucky (UK), C.O.C.O. and each of its respective directors, officers, board members, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind, costs, expenses, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize, specifically and including injury, death or incidents that occur at the Taylor Swift The Eras Tour concert during the Miami winning stay or travel.
• The winning ticket holder agrees that the participant's name, likeness, and any statements made by the participant regarding the prize may be disclosed to, and used by, the news media and may otherwise be used by BHG, UK and C.O.C.O. for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation, and in lists of prize winners to be published in various documents.
• Any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of the prize.
• Registration with the Commonwealth of Kentucky This Raffle is licensed by the Department of Charitable Gaming and is conducted by the Capital Ovarian Cancer Organization, Inc. License Number ORG ORG0002896, for the benefit of the UK Markey Cancer Center Ovarian Cancer Screening Program and the UK College of Medicine.
• The Capital Ovarian Cancer Organization, Inc. (C.O.C.O.). Board of Directors and spouses are ineligible to win.
• This Contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
