Guidelines for Charitable Donation Requests
Thank you for thinking of Bluegrass Hospitality Group to support your organization. Due to the number of requests received, please review guidelines and submit proper documentation for review.
Guidelines for Consideration:
Requests must be submitted in writing on organization letterhead and include the following information:
- Name of the organization
- History of the organization
- Years in existence
- Contributions from previous year(s)
- Date, description and location of event
- Estimated attendance and description of audience
- Name of contact, mailing address, telephone number and email address to which responses can be shared
In addition, requests must meet the following guidelines:
- Requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the date needed.
- Organization must be located in states where BHG restaurant(s) are located.
- One request per organization, per calendar year will be considered.
- Contributions are NOT automatically renewed or assumed. Each submission is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All requests will be reviewed and considered upon receipt of proper documentation. Upon review, a member of the BHG team will respond within 7-10 business days.
