This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Bluegrass Hospitality Group (BHG) which includes Malone’s, Malone’s Prime Events & Receptions, Harry’s, Aqua Sushi, Drake’s, and OBC Kitchen. This privacy policy applies to information collected by the website, online ordering program, online store, app, surveys, applications, and all products/services affiliated with any or all BHG restaurants. BHG Privacy Policy will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use and Sharing
BHG is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. BHG only has access to collect information voluntarily provided via email, phone, text or other direct contact from BHG/Drake’s Rewards members and guests including, but not limited to, first and last name, birthdate, email address, mailing address, phone number, and password or other unique identifier when creating an account. BHG will not sell or rent information. BHG uses Paytronix, a third-party email partner. Information will be transmitted electronically for the purpose of email marketing and will be subject to the privacy policy of the email partners. BHG utilizes a service called Hotjar to collect data concerning our guest’s usage of our site. This data helps us ensure a great experience for all guests when using this site. BHG also uses a third-party for text messaging, and BHG/Drake’s Rewards member information will be transmitted electronically for the purpose of marketing and will be subject to the privacy of the text messaging partner.

Unless asked not to, BHG may collect information such as name, mailing address, email address, zip code, phone number and dining preferences through any of the following: online email address submissions, reward program participation, text and online order communication, phone order communication, surveys, online gift card purchases, guest relations communications and/or other voluntary activities. The primary goal in collecting information is to improve the overall guest experience by understanding guest preferences, communicating promotions and services. BHG may perform research on guest demographics and behavior based on the information provided by guests. Personally identifiable information would not be used for this type of research. BHG may disclose statistics to third parties and for other lawful purposes.
BHG may collect non-personal identification about BHG Rewards members and guests as they interact with the BHG website and/or app. Non-personal information may include geolocation data such as real-time information about the device location (GPS and network based), even when the app is not in use.
